By using this application, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account confidentiality and all related activities. Nothingbut offers an auto-renewing "Pro Membership" for $12.00 per month (or the equivalent in your local currency). This subscription renews monthly until cancelled by the user in their App Store account settings. The app is provided "as is" without warranties; we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and reserve the right to modify or terminate access at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages arising from your use.

The Pro Membership provides enhanced features and specific productivity tools exclusive to the subscription tier. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription rate. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

You agree not to misuse the application or engage in any activity that could harm the service, other users, or our systems. This includes any attempt to circumvent the eight-task limitation, reverse engineer the software, or utilize the application for any illegal activities. We own all intellectual property rights related to the application, including the design, code, and branding. Your use of the application grants you a personal, non-exclusive license that is non-transferable and may be revoked if these terms are violated. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of Nothingbut signifies your acceptance of any such changes.

By using this application, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws. We collect information you provide, data generated through your use of the app, and limited technical information to operate and improve the service. Your information may be used to manage accounts, deliver features, and communicate updates. We do not sell personal data and share it only with trusted service providers or when legally required.
